This month the physicians and managers of Spine Care & Pain Management gathered to discuss the importance of leadership, values and a company vision. The meeting gave practice founder, D. Janene Holladay, M.D., COO, Steven Weilder and Medical Director, Gretchen Bryant, RN, the opportunity to share their vision for the upcoming year.

 

The gathering was a platform for all to benefit from shared experiences, knowledge and ideas. The meeting organizers shared information and concepts to encourage the company leaders to motivate employees to achieve at their highest level.  All in attendance were involved in team-building activities, setting goals to build patient relationships based on trust, and set in place ways to continue to provide effective and compassionate patient care. The company’s mission statement, which reflects Spine Care & Pain Management’s core beliefs, was created by a mutual effort.   Spine Care & Pain Management values its employees, patients and referring offices tremendously and views patient care as its highest priority.
